Most charting platforms got where they are by adding features nobody asked for. Deepwick is built around four principles that we think traders actually need.
Every minute bar going back to 2003, for XAUUSD, XAGUSD, EURUSD and GBPUSD from day one — sourced from Dukascopy's tick data. No bar-count limits by plan: the chart loads whatever you need, from a 20-year weekly to a 5-second scalp.
An overfitting test built into every optimisation: deflated Sharpe ratio, plateau-vs-peak in parameter space, and a forward window by default. It catches the strategies Monte Carlo cannot — because Monte Carlo tests the future you don't know, not the past you already saw.
Alerts that don't expire, no hidden caps on the data you can pull, no “fair use” clauses that turn into invoices. We can't ship a final number yet — we're in the beta — but the principle is part of the product, not a feature we'll add later.
Anyone will be able to publish and sell scripts on Deepwick, with no per-seat fee that punishes them when a strategy gets popular. We make our cut on the marketplace, not on taxing the people who actually build the tools traders use.
